1. Who this notice covers
Launcho Ventures Pte. Ltd. (“Launcho”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for personal data collected through our corporate website and its enquiry form. Our address is 10 Anson Road, #33-10C International Plaza, Singapore 079903. Separate brand websites, including BeMe, have their own privacy notices.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, enquiry category and message, plus your company name if you provide it. Our hosting and form-processing services may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, request time and spam-check results to operate and protect the service. Please do not submit identity documents, payment details, medical information or confidential business materials through this form.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, assess a potential opportunity, partnership or working relationship, keep relevant correspondence, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal requirements. Providing an enquiry is voluntary; without suitable contact details we may be unable to respond. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications. We will seek separate permission where it is needed for another use.
4. Service providers and disclosures
Our website uses Netlify for hosting, form processing and submission storage, and Google Workspace, our business-email service for receiving notifications and corresponding with you. Access within Launcho is limited to people who need the information for the enquiry. Service providers may use authorised subprocessors for functions such as infrastructure and spam filtering. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary for relevant professional advice. We do not sell enquiry information or add it to advertising audiences.
5. Fonts, cookies and third-party sites
The website requests typefaces from Google Fonts; loading them involves a connection from your browser to Google. This implementation includes no advertising pixels, visitor-analytics scripts or mailing-list tracking. Hosting security may use necessary technologies to operate and protect the website. External websites operate under their own policies. Any later addition of analytics or advertising tools needs a separate privacy review.
6. Retention, security and overseas processing
We retain enquiry information only while needed for the purposes described above or for a business or legal requirement. When it is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymise it, taking account of copies in the form system, email and relevant backups. We will use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards and limit access; no internet service is completely secure.
Our service providers may process information outside Singapore. Where the PDPA requires it, we will put appropriate arrangements in place to provide a standard of protection comparable to that required under Singapore law.
7. Your requests and concerns
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may ask for access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent for future processing, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. If you withdraw consent, we will explain the likely consequences, including any effect on responding to your enquiry, and any information we must retain.

8. Changes
We will update the notice when the website or our practices change. The effective date appears above. Material new purposes will be notified and consent sought where required.
